With more than 20 years of experience in the field of production, our company offers you development, planning and production of
different types of pressure vessels in horizontal and vertical varieties, with or without mixers, for transportation of all sorts
of materials, made of black and stainless sheet metal. Our company holds the certificate given by certification house BV (CE0062)
for pressure vessel production in categories
I., II., III., IV., with modules B + E in H1
regarding directive 97/23/EC. We have a certificate for the performance of welding services according to SIST EN 729-3
and SIST EN 12732 A, B in C in the scope of welding TIG, MIG/MAG, EO, EPP and PULSE for stainless and black material.
Our welders are regularly A-tested by the Institute for welding and we also have 12 verified welding procedures (WPAR) for welding black and stainless sheet metal.
Our company employs highly qualified staff with certificates for Visual inspection of welding joints VT-Level 1+2 under the DIN 473:2000.
When accepting and delivering the product we can also, according to the demands of the customer, provide a
technical folder of the product, which includes a CE-compatibility statement, a valid first
pressure test declaration, plans with part schemes, instructions for operation and installation, a warranty paper and other documents which
customer demands. Other necessary documents stay in the archive of the company ZUVAR for a period of up to 10 years.
Everything listed above provides the assurance, that the customer receives a quality and useful product.
