Plasma sheet metal cutting

We offer plasma and autogenous metal cutting with the high performance CNC cutting machine manufactured by MGM Spol, s.r.o.. The cutting machine is a combination of the plasma cutting device Hypertherm HPR 260 and autogenous oxyacetylene torch with IHT helm. Thickness of cutting range from 1-200mm. The size of the the worktable is 2000 x 4000mm.

Plasma source


Hypertherm is the leading manufacturer of mechanized plasma cutting systems in the world. HyPerformance Plasma HPR 260 is a 260 Ampere plasma source, which assures high cut quality, higher cutting speeds, longer consumable life of spare parts and lower operating costs. HyPerformance technology assures the highest cut quality in the industry eliminating rough edges on the bottom of the sheet metal thus avoiding secondary treatment. This technology is also essentialy cheaper than laser cutting technology. Plasma cutting with Hypertherm technology is comparable to the quality of laser cutting according to EN 9013 standard.

Plasma source is furthermore equipped with automatic gas console offering very precise point, line and curve marking capabilities on sheet metal (position arrangement for further drilling, bending, punching, etc.).
